Web logs are essential to investigating issues with your website and as a rule of thumb, should be one of the first places to look while troubleshooting. Your Agility website will log application and sync errors to a log file and allow that log to be viewed through the Agility CMS directly.
Viewing Website Logs
Login to Agility and navigate to Settings, then click on “Web Logs” under the “Configuration” section. Next, select the server you would like to check followed by the corresponding date of the log file.
