Troubleshoot: Unable to Log In


This guide will help you troubleshoot if you encounter an error on the login screen. 


Identify the Error

1. If you are encountering an invalid password error and have forgotten your password, follow the 'Forgot Password' path to recover and reset your password. You can refer to this help article here:

2. If you encounter an 'Expired Password' message, please reach out to where we can reset your password for you. 

3. If you encounter an 'Account Suspended' error message, please reach out to for further steps. 

Administrator Users on an Instance can also resend login credentials to users in their instance via this path: 

Settings > User Management > Select User > Click on 'Email User Settings'
