User Roles

With Agility User Roles, you will be able to grant specific Content Manager Role access to users in your instance.  As an Administrator, you can easily add or delete users from your list as well as changing the users’ roles.

Roles

None -  User has no access to the content.

Readers - Can see all content and properties but cannot make any changes.

Contributors - Can create new content. 

Editors - Can create new content and modify the content they or others have created. Editors cannot add or delete content; only update. Editors will not be able to publish content.

Publishers - Can create new content and modify the content they and others have created, as well as publish content.

Approvers - Can create new content and modify the content they have created, as well as approve content that requires approval.

Deleters - Can create new content and modify the content they and others have created. Can also delete content.

Designers - Can create new content and modify the content they and others have created. Can create page templates, content zones, and page modules. Can define what page modules appear in the module zones of each page.

Managers - Can create new content and modify the content they and others have created. Can publish, approve, and delete content, as well as change the contents security settings.
