Organizations in Agility CMS allow you to manage multiple instances, their plans, and how you pay for them.
- Create new instances
- Upgrade instances
- Manage your billing information and credit cards across your instances and who can modify them
- Manage who can create instances within your organization
Each instance you have must be part of an organization. When you sign up for an Agility CMS account, an organization is automatically created for you. As an admin, you can create new instances under your organization. As your team and how you use Agility CMS grows, you can invite others to become organization admins as well.
Any payment methods (credit cards) that you associated with your organization can be used across all of your instances within the organization. This makes it easy to stay on top of billing and payments across many instances.
